In january, mum and dad decided to go on a holiday without me.
They wanted to see more of Switzerland. Opa and oma came to babysit me, together with tante Juliette and oom Pierre, so I had a wonderful holiday as well, although I also went to school (i am still in pre-kindergarten).
Mum and dad travelled a week by train. The first famous train they travelled on was the Golden Pass Panoramic from Luzern to Interlaken crossing the Brunig Pass. They stayed in Victoria Jungfrau and started with a day in the Spa and then off to the mountains. In Lauterbrunnen were the world championships skiing so hundreds of people traveleld towards Jungfrau via Wengen. Mum and dad then went to Schilthorn mountain (2970m) where the James Bond movie "On her Majestys Secret Service" was partly filmed. From the panoramic restaurant you can see over 200 mountains. They made a stop in Murren which (views) is according to Lonely Planet "Heidi Heaven".
Mum missed me so much she called home every day and sent me a postcard every day. It made me a really happy girl. I hang the postcards on the kitchendoor as mum always does.
